Premier Security Solutions was founded by Larry Pott and Paul Frankos in 1998. Both founders had extensive security industry resumes and were disillusioned by the constant mergers and acquisitions associated with the larger security chains during this period. An industry that was previously dominated by regional boutique security and fire alarm companies was being taken over by multi-billion dollar conglomerates.
