First Western Equipment Finance was founded in 1972 as an in-house financing division of Advance Machine Company (now Nilfisk-Advance) in Minneapolis Minnesota. First Western Equipment Finance was purchased and held privately in 1974. We continued to serve as a national lease and finance company operating as an independent third-party lender until the late 1990s. In 2002 First Western Equipment Finance became a division of First Western Bank & Trust of Minot North Dakota. This has provided us the ability to offer attractive financing rates and full-service equipment financing solutions for both our vendor partners and end-customers. We?ve continued to grow beating internal goals and records every year since 2012.
