In 1991 several military officers got together in Atlanta Georgia and discussed going into business together. They wanted to take their military training and professionalism to share in the private sector. The officers were all nearing retirement from the military and agreed that a security company would be their best option. The group was multi-cultural consisting of two white Americans and one of Jamaican descent.
