Cam-Tec Security (dba: Bierend Custom Security) was first established in 1984 by Richard Bierend. In the early 1970’s Richard was working as a motorcycle cop until a motorcycle accident forced him to retire from the force. In 1984 after recovering from his accident he decided to start a security company to continue his passion for protection. Richard ran a successful security business until he passed away in 2008 when his son David decided to follow in his footsteps and continue the family business.
