In 1955 Victor Cigainero Jr. (Vic) was employed with Falstaff Beer Company when his uncle Leon Kuhn suggested he open a burglar alarm company. Leon thought this would be good business since there were no alarm companies in Texarkana and he would help Vic get it started. Vic took his advice. He worked at Falstaff during the day and installed alarms to establish his new business on nights and weekends.
